After reading some disturbing information regarding this website and other fraud/scam reporting blogs- I attempted an early cancellation of a video subscription billed through epoch.com. The online 'cancellation' process simply presents the user with a confirmation of their account data and provides no method of actually initiating the cancellation, i.e., no button or box to click..
