I am writing with a complaint about charges for auto repair at FireStone Complete Auto Care. My car was diagnosed with needing a fuel pump assembly and a fuel filter. I was initially quoted: $513 for parts and labor for Fuel Pump I was then told by Charlene a service ad-visor that it was required they (FireStone) also replace the fuel filter which was $187.71 Parts and labor for Fuel Filter alone.
