I called Total Cleanse to cancel an order that had not been charged to my account yet, but I knew that were going to charge it so I called ahead of time to avoid the charge. I called on 1/6/09 to cancel on 1/8/09 they charged my account. When I called an spoke to a Joy she stated my funds would be back in my account in 3 to 5 days. It has been ten days an still no refund. I called again twice one customer service personnel hung up on me and the 2nd time I called I had to repeat my email address 4 times and the customer service representative... read full review »
