I have ordered from FragranceX in the end of July 2009 a couple of products. One month later I received them, unfortunately they sent me the wrong ones. I don't know if it was intently or not but I had ordered eau de parfum and they sent me eau de toilette which is considerably cheaper. I then returned the goods to them, having to fund my own delivery charges which were quite high. Since then I have been calling them to ask for my refund which two weeks ago they said it was on the way which has never happened. They say they can only look... read full review »
