Started the refinance loan process with Wells Fargo Mortgage in late February 2009. It is now Sept 25, and we are still waiting for a closing date. I have spoken many times to the contact person but am not getting solid information. Supposedly, everything is done and they are waiting for the title information which is now going on 8 weeks. I have spoken to a few people and the concensus is they are using this as a stall tactic because the rates have gone up and are probably hoping I will drop them.
