I was told that I owe Sprint PCS 1, 328.98 from this debt collector, and when I called SPRINT PCS they told me I only owe $800.00. I made payment arrangments with this company they settled for $945.28. However, this collection agency failed to send me a payment arrangment letter, because the manager said it was against the company's policies. They are rude and a rip-off company.
