After trying for over 2 weeks to contact these people to no avail, I made a complaint. Now after being out the $1.00 initial fee and having to cancel my debit MasterCard, which cost me another $25.00 I get an email today informing me they finally canceled my enrollment. These people should be ashamed of themselves because I am on disability and food stamps and only get $718.00 a month cash and $157.00 in food stamps (this was just raised $12.00 starting October 1st) so now I am short on money to pay my bills because of them. I saw the commerical for a free book to help people save money. Then when I went to the site they wanted $1.00 and my credit card number so I did it. After they got my credit card number the next page they inform you that they will be deducting over $29.00 every 2 months from your account. I have tried for over 12 days to contact them and cancel with no results after holding for over an hour each time. I even tried to email them and received a failure notice to contact them and was told it was a permanent problem. This was on the TV guide... read full review »
