I have had a car loan with CPS since Feb 2007. Recently this year I am going through a divorce. It's nasty, I am behind on my payments due to not receiving child support and low paying job. i am trying to raise 4 children and I pay what I can. In the last couple months I have given them what I can. I now have a new job and can't pay anything till Oct 16. They are calling and harrassing family members and myself.
