In July 2009 I ordered brake rotors and pads from their website. Later that afternoon I received a form letter indicating that my parts were back-ordered. No problem, I could wait a few more days. Then later that same evening I received another form letter indicating that my slotted rotors were still at the electro-platers. I wrote back that I didn't order slotted rotors.
