Last night we received a phone call about getting a free vacation package if this guy could come out and show us this vacuum. We said no but the lady on the phone said that we were not obligated to buy anything. We were told that it would take only 45 min but it actually took 2 hrs. When he got to our house he was very nice but at the end when we told him that we could not justify spending $3550 on a vaccuum he started to get smart and very rude.
