I ordered vacuum bags on 9/18/09. As of 9/25/09 the bags are on backorder, don't know when they will be in stock or shipped and THEY WILL NOT CANCEL MY ORDER EVEN THOUGH THEY CANNOT FILL THE ORDER. WARNING- If you want problems, you have found them here. The company cannot be contacted by phone, just email. customer service is the WORSE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. Why can't you cancel an order that is on backorder, has not been charged to your account and they cannot even tell you when the order may be shipped. Be sure to read their About Us page.
