I am sooooo upset with Dell. I several hours (well over 20) with Dell and I am so frustrated with them. I have a paper trail (thick folder) of all my correspondence with them. Dell Financial is awful too. They are part of Dell but absolutely clueless...Literally, "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" here. An attorney wants to take my case.
