As I have seen on the other complaints, I opened by Verizon bill and found two charges for MyTeleBill, each charge for $9.00. I called Verizon and asked them why they allow other companies to put charges on the Verizon bill. Of course the person on the phone knew nothing about that, but she did quickly say that she would reverse the charges and make a change on my account to make it so no other companies could bill through my Verizon account. Then I call MyTeleBill and they didn't see to know when I signed up for the service, but they quickly cancelled the service (at least they told me they did). What a joke! read full review »
