I was charged twice for the same shipment. They claimed that since I cancelled the autoship (which they asured me I could do after the first order), the original shipment was supposed to have cost twice of the advertised charge. This was never at any time disclosed to me when I made my order. How can a company claim for more than the advertised cost? In other words, they defrauded me. read full review »
