ordered product, didn't work, was charged for second package which was refused and sent back and have not received credit back to my account. Cancelled original credit card used so not to be charged again for something unwanted, gave new information to receive credit, waiting since May for this to happen not satisfied. Told through e-mail to check with my bank and I have every week since May and nothing received. Want to register complaint with BBB in Canada, but need postal code and other info. in order to do so.
