I ultimately did not use Elvis Limo for my wedding. The reason I did not came down to their customer service, or lack of it. I had called to get a quote on a party bus (21-person shuttle) and got a price that sounded wrong. The person I spoke to (Lisa) went over her numbers and gave me a price that sounded more like what my numbers added up to.
