When i newly bough my home in 2006, I was solicited by a telemarketer who ask me to try the Home Warranty that they would send me all information by mail.They never send me any information by mail or by telephone no communications what so ever that would remind me that i spoke or about the warranty . They were billing me 39.95 with out any signature or information a through my Countrywide Home Loans.
