They send a plumber to fix a simple toilet leak and two weeks later, it was still broken...they couldn't find the part. All Pro Services in the dallas area were the vendors...they never answered their phone, didn't return my call, AHS called them and they said they were ordering a part...said it would be in at the latest in one week...it wasn't, my toilet is still broken. We've had AHS for years, we are canelling them. All Pro Plumbing and AHS SUCK!!!and I had to pay a $60 fee for nothing over and above the $600 we pay per home...we have three... read full review »
