Just discovered that this company (which has been drafting my checking account twice a month for 6 years) has been paying my mortgage late, resulting in late charges and reports to the credit bureaus. Numerous phone calls (to non-English -speaking people) have gotten me nowhere. They deny paying late, except for the present month. They're having "issues" there, and "have had many calls because of late payments".
