I'm really disappointed to the Coach USA. The service is really poor and getting worse and worse. I was waiting for the bus at Whippany stop this afternoon. I saw the bus coming and I was waiving my hands to the driver, but it still passed without stopping...I called the Coach USA company immediately and was told" the bus couldn't return since it already passed".
