I spoke with a representative of the company on August 28, 2009 about making a payment of 39.95 on August 31st. When I checked my online banking account, I saw I had been charged for an additional 39.95 and another payment of 139.00. I have talked with people from this company since the beginning of the month. The main person I have spoken with is a man named H.W. and today I spoke with a woman named Kim.
