Ordered a sword as a Christmas gift in December 2008. Never received merchandise. Called and cancelled order. I was sent an email assuring me that my credit card account would be refunded. Needless to say, that did not happen. Have attempted to contact someone, not just a voice mail, to no avail. This place is nothing but a scam. read full review »
