THIS BANK IS SUCH A PIECE OF SHIT. If you step into any "chase" branches you will notice NO ONE knows WTF they are talking about!!! I was constantly getting overdrafted by them, especially since they crossed over from wamu to chase. It got to the point I couldnt use their telephone banking system because it never gave me accurate information and their website is constantly malfunctioning.
