How is it possible that Pac Promos can sell their "promotion" at my school? is that legally possible? well anyways I fell for it and it was because the representative lied to me. I wanted to promotion because it said 50% off at beauty salons all the time and I thought that included beauty products. I asked the representative and he said yes it does.
