Ordered flowers for my friend's 30th birthday. Not only did the flowers never arrive, but they charged my credit card anyway and gave me the runaround as to what happened with my order. First they said they didn't deliver the flowers because my credit card was declined.When I pointed out there was the charge on my credit card, they simply said the deliver didn't happen so they'll refund the charge. No reversal is shoing up on my credit card. My disputed through my credit card company. Stay clear of this company. It's not worth the savings if they fail to deliver the goods and charge you anyway. read full review »
