I ordered the free trial and by the time I got it the two weeks were about up. Then I find a charge on my card for 34.95 and now another charge for 85.00, neither of which were done with my persmission. I e-mailed them the day I got the product through their website which doesn't show up on my e-mai and now I don't have proof I sent the e-mail. I also tried to cancel by phone just in case the e-mail didn't work, but couldn't get through. High call volume and they hung up. read full review »
