I called Friday morning September 25th, 2009 to ask what happened to my wife's iphone. We had ordered it over the phone with a real person on Sept. 7th and had to reply Sept. 9th with this email saying we accepted their terms. So we did all the jumping through hoops for them and still no phone. So I call Friday morning and was put on an initial hold, then another, then another. By the time I arrived at work.
