I have done everything I can to get these people to follow their program as contracted. I started in July 2006, paid off in Aug 2007. I received everything but my printer and rebate. Every time I call they tell me the same thing, which has now brought me to date. I plan to do a small claims against them, however they don't seem concerned, because they have not returned any of my calls or e-mails.
