I have several times called the number provided by RezV Plus ( 1-866-228-4773) and I have waited for over an hour with no answer, there is just a recorder repeating over an over again how important is my call. I have had to end the call, I can't spend the entire day waiting on the line. There is no web site where to send a message, there are no option to leave a message over the phone, no help at all.
