I used to work for a company called E-Planet. It was a call center in Provo, Utah and the client is Helio. I worked there for over 1 year. When I had been employed for about 7 months I got a promotion to be a Supervisor. I had agents always their paychecks we wrong, they would go to the HR department ( or should we say person) and she was unwilling to help.
