I also got taken in by grant one day. I had money taken from my bank account that I did not authorize. I was unable to get the first charge reversed by my bank, however I did get subsequent charges stopped after I closed my bank account. I then waited the 88 days you are told to wait and then request a refund. I sent the request in by mail as instructed on their form, after 6 weeks, I recieved no response, so I resent the request again marking it as such.
