This company is billing for service I did not order. I called to cancel my order and refund monies I paid and was confronted by an unprofessional customer service representative named Melissa and an inept customer service manager named Allan. I insisted that I did not order this service and was told that they have my digital signature and sent me a no response email confirmation.
