I was a loyal and frequent customer at this store but no longer. I was unfortunate enough to buy a RC car for my son from there and came home to find it poorly made, cheap, and not working at all. I went back within 7 days and asked for a store credit because obviously I did not want the same cheap toy that I spent $25 on but was refused. Yes, maybe that is their store policy, a bad one at that, but I think keeping loyal customers happy would be more important.
