I went on Bridgeline (offerwire) to get Comcast Internet. I was to recieve a "free" modem and router. I had to pay for these two items with a rebate later. When I received them, I found out that they are not compatible with the Comcast in my area. I did not open either item. I am attempting to return these items for full refund but I can't get anyone to help me with this. I had to pay upfront and now I can't get my money back.
