I wish I had gone through this site before buying a Sony Vaio. I have a FZ15 G which lost its graphic card for some reason. Sony service centre (Kanpur) kept it for a month and every day gave a different response -- They had no clue whatsoever of what the company intended to do. Only after I called up a regional manager did they call me back and say that they were unable to process the service as it was outside warranty. agreed and i would have maybe paid for the service but these guys informed me within two days after i had deposited the... read full review »
