While attempting to upgrade my cell phone with T-Mobile, the sales associate (which was the manager) inform me that I am eligible to add an additional line for $9.99 a month, receive a credit for my $35 activation fee on my bill and receive a mail-in rebate for my phone, however when reviewing my bill, that was definitely not the case. My bill came to over $220 including an additional line for $39.99 and an activation fee of $35 without a credit.
