Would not finance, turned down 23 times in two weeks all for the same so called reason of debt to income ratio. Well I investigated how they were coming up with so much debt when I know for a fact that all I have is a mortgage payment. It turned out to be the three credit bureaus were reporting false and inaccurate information and even after being disputed they still did not remove it.
