I ordered the tea, but it never arrived. The Live Chat operators were helpful & after a second attempt at processing the order I cancelled. Neither parcels arrived. THe operators cancelled the order & informed that I would be fully refnd for al costs. I asked if I had to do anything else & was told NO. However I have been susequently charged by their Web access & Membership departments. When I contact the opeators again, they said I should have contacted them separately.
