I have an HP Pavillion notebook. The wireless on it failed and after some research I discovered it was recalled. I sent my otherwise absolutely immaculate notebook to HP for authorized free replacement of the motherboard. I sent it to them in the box they provided, using the packing materials they provided. I called to check the status of my repair after five days passed.
