My former company, Total Remodeling of Union, New Jersey is denying me my pension, Granted it's a small amount but still it is money I need right now. I left the company two an a half years ago and was told that my money would be sent to me. It never was. When I recently got a hold of the financial director at Total I was told that it can never be mine. Period.
