We purchased two chairs along with the Stain Safe warranty in April of 2007.We filed a claim and received a response from Stain Safe on Dec. 3, 2007 that the parts would be delivered in 8 to 12 weeks. My wife began calling the middle of March to find out what was happening with our chair. She called every week since and was told that it wasn't the store it was Stain Safe, or it was being handled by the main office.
