I had hail damage on August 13th 2008. I received a check from my Insurance company with in one week. When I went to Wellsfargo in St.Cloud MN I was told because it was over $15.000 dollars it would have to go to the banks claim department. Here is where the horror story starts. It took many days off work to keep water from flooding my kitchen and two bathrooms because the skylights were broken out.
