I discovered in August 2008 my 20 year old son used the title for my car that I let him drive to borrow 3, 000 from Titlemax he was told if he paid it off in 30 days it would be no interest and after that it would be approx. 9% 30 days later he asked me to go over and make a payment for him and they tried to get me to forge my sons signature on some documents and told me that they could not discuss anything with me because i was not on the loan and would not sign his name and would not accept a payment from me.
