The week of December 23rd, 2007 the arm joint on a bench I purchased from Emily's furnature at 5905 W.Bell Rd Glendale, AZ came loose causing it to break where it was screwed into the back. Upon checking closer we discovered the other arm was also loose at the joint. January 4th, 2008 I went into the store with my paper work and spoke to Mike S (he said he was a manager).
