Granted, I was rushed and should have taken more time but when I am given someone's word I have a tendency to accept it. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a number of years. They worked with me when I needed credit after a divorce. I work in a hospital and need to have good service. The phone I had did not work well when I needed it on the job.
