I am fighting with La-z Boy furniture to get back my $4, 000. I spent with them less then a year ago. The fabric is falling apart and the swivel chair makes so much noise we can't hear the TV. Yes, their tech. came out and took pictures (twice!), His did not show the wear and tear on the fabric so we got a professional to take pictures and gave the tech. a disk.
