I have ordered a Sears 12, 000 Btu air conditioner model 75121. The initial delivery had to be returned because of severe damage not seen from the unopened box. The replacement unit was not properly packaged, also damaged, and did not operate. It is becoming evident that the Sears vendor is shipping units that it knows are damaged. I have now ordered a third AC and I am afraid that it too will be a repackaged damaged unit that was previously returned. Sears vendor is a separate entity from Sears stores.
