I ordered my pizza at 2:27 pm. At 4:00 pm I was on the phone yelling at them asking where my food is. I was assured that once my food gets there they will refund my card. I got my food at about 4:40 pm (cold and disgusting) and called the local Domino's so that they refund my card. The first time they placed me on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and called again but they kept picking up and hanging up. I proceeded to call from for the next hour until someone finally picked up at which point I had to flip out on him to get him to refund my card. Hopefully he actually refunded it. read full review »
