Tax Masters is jerking us around as well. We paid them $2500.00 almost 14 months ago and they have done nothing. We can never get the same rep. twice, no one knows what is going on with our case and we can't seem to get transferred to anyone who can answer our questions or give us a refund. They have lost paperwork, then resent it to us to be filled out again and once we sent it in we were told that they didn't need it.
