i've been using the 98RM/month promotion for celcom broadband for almost 1 1/2 months now. the 1st week was ok (of course lah!), then after the 2nd week, i received an sms, saying that im reaching my 5GB per month limit, then i viewed my usage via vodafone view usage menu, i just used 2GB for 2 weeks then the sms says they have the right to control my connection speed???
